Food Matters– watch the trailer here   God made our bodies to work in a healthy way on the food he created.  We are killing ourselves in this country with our diet and only making it worse with thinking there’s a pill for every ill.  Proper diet will not only prevent illness but cure it.

Food, Inc.  watch this on netflix, rent it, find it online, just find some way to watch!  Good way to start the food education process.
